You will support the Customer Service and Engineering teams in installing and testing world class Stalker Speed Measurement and Video-related products.

We are looking for ONE exceptional Video Installation Coordinator & Drive Test Technician that can help us to continue our tradition of being the technological leader, the sales leader, and customer service leader in our marketplace.


  1. You have worked for an electronics company or automobile outfitter and have been responsible for "doing it all"
  2. You are good at demonstrating and training others in performing technical tasks such as equipment installations
  3. You are very detail oriented and have exceptional observational skills
  4. You have a very diverse work background (multiple disciplines or multiple technologies)
  5. You have a broad skill set documentation, verbal skills, and are good with people

  • A 4-year technical degree or 2-year degree with one to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, blueprints, short correspondence, and memos.       Ability to write simple correspondence. Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with simple problems involving standardized situations.
  • Pass a drug screen test


  • Safely operates company van to perform testing of speed measurement equipment on a daily basis
  • Obeys all traffic laws and company policies while operating the company test vehicle. Must abide by the ACI Auto Policy
  • Performs tests on video products according to test procedures and training, including new products, and product failures
  • Documents product failures and communicates the data to Engineering in a timely manner
  • Maintains company vehicle by arranging oil changes and tire rotation at their scheduled intervals
  • Coordinates with and supervises 3rd party installers of video products
  • Provides demonstrations and training to first-time installers at customer sites
  • Evaluates installer performance in terms of safety, quality, and on time completion
  • Troubleshoots installation issues as needed
  • Demonstrates an ability to work independently in a professional manner at customer sites
  • Willing to travel 50% of the time
